Integrated Systems Europe has confirmed the final count of 65,686 registered attendees marking a 10% increase on 2015 attendance.
In a prepared statement organiser Integrated Systems Events said the increase in numbers vindicated its decision to extend the trade show to four days. ISE 2016 also saw the first four-day ISE Daily newspaper and the launch of ISEshow.TV.
Mike Blackman, managing director of Integrated Systems Events, said: “The volume of attendee traffic and its spread over the four days confirms our belief that the extra day was necessary and that it adds value for visitors and exhibitors.
“I’m delighted to say that the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and I would like to thank everyone who attended and contributed.”
Other statistics released by organisers showed healthy bookings for 2017 representing 47,131 square metres of sold space. This is 102% of total space sold for 2017 and 95% of the total space available for 2017.
ISE 2016 also saw the first four-day ISE Daily newspaper and the launch of
ISEshow.TV.
