InfoComm has claimed a record 38,833 visitors to its 2016 show, representing a 4.8% increase on visitors to its last Las Vegas event in 2014.
A total of 1,000 exhibitors, including 211 new exhibitors, took over 527,105 square ft of space at the Las Vegas Convention Center from June 8 to 10, 2016.
The industry body more than doubled the uptake of its InfoComm University sessions from last year’s show, claiming registration figures of 12,000. Part of the success was down to the sale of seminar and workshop packages, which you can learn more about in the video above.
Jason McGraw, senior vice president of expositions at InfoComm International, said: "The market is constantly changing and we've been pleased to introduce new features at InfoComm, such as drones, the Internet of Things, and content creation and streaming, which reflect the dynamic nature of commercial AV. In all, 91% of space was rebooked for next year, demonstrating exhibitors' strong commitment to the show."
InfoComm 2017 will be held June 10 to 16, 2017, at the Orange County Convention Centre in Orlando.
