Google and LG are set to present an 18-megapixel 4.3-in OLED headset display during the Display Week 2018 trade show in 20-25 May in Los Angeles.
The specs of the headset include 1443 ppi and a refresh rate of 120Hz. these far surpass anything on the market currently: HTC Vive Pro and Oculus Rift offer total resolutions of 2880 x 1600 and 2160 x 1200, respectively.
The advanced program doesn’t reveal the panel’s resolution, leading some VR websites to speculate the screen’s resolution will be within the 5500 x 3000 range.
