La Casamurada, a studio located in the former wine cellar of a Spanish 12th century fortified farmhouse, has improved its monitoring capabilities with two Genelec The Ones 8361 loudspeakers.
The studio uses the calibration features of Genelec’s GLM loudspeaker manager software, working with distributor Audio-Technica to optimise the 8361 monitors for the room when recording and mixing.
Jesús Rovira, bassist and composer, Lax ‘n’ Busto, explained: . "We’re very satisfied with their performance; in fact, all the engineers who have been in the studio since the 61s were purchased have been very pleased, and have told me so in no uncertain terms!
