d&b audiotechnik announced the appointment of Alain Richer as manging director, France, succeeding Didier Lubin after his retirement in September.
Richer will be responsible for all aspects of business and market development of d&b in France in addition to day-to-day operations throughout France.
Richer has joined d&b with extensive experience as a sales and marketing executive in industrial and consumer markets, having worked as European marketing director at Sennheiser.
Richer’s appointment comes at a time of growth for d&b as the company has expanded its investment in the French market, with the continued expansion of the d&b education program and local support structure as the company expands its partner network in the region, doubling its market share in France over the past four years.
Richer’s appointment is effective immediately.
