Astra Group wins £7m contract and reveals new brand
Digital signage provider ADXBA and bespoke architectural signage company Astra Signs are celebrating a £7m (€8.3m) contract win, at the same time as unveiling a new group identity, Astra Group.

The group brand launch follows the merger of the two UK businesses in April of this year, with the duo combining to become a full-service provider of both traditional and digital signage.

The two brands will retain their individual identities under Astra Group, joined by Astra Digital, Astra Graphics, Astra Services, and Astra Safety.      

The new identity can be seen across the company’s five locations which includes hubs in Manchester, London, and Dublin, as well as on its fleet of vehicles and all physical touchpoints. 

The news comes as Astra Group celebrates its appointment by media and entertainment group, Global. The contract win, valued at over £7m, follows a competitive tender and sees Astra Group responsible for the ongoing servicing; monitoring; management design; fabrication, and installation of Global’s fleet of digital roadside, rail, and airport advertising panels across the UK.

Work is already underway with all assets being transitioned into Astra Group control using the business’s proprietary monitoring and management solution Unity Platform, with a number of sites having already been built.
