Integrator IDNS has announced a new board of directors. Led by MDs David Shuttleworth and Darren Clayman, who completed a buyout of IDNS in 2018, the newly appointed directors are made up of staff with a combined experience of over 50 years in the AV and IT industry.

Ash Irlam, who is the new sales director, has been with IDNS for nearly 20 years and has seen the company develop from a toner telesales company into a systems integrator.
Dawn Smith, who has been at IDNS since it first launched its AV division, is the new commercial director and will be responsible for all vendor and supplier relationships across all categories.
Bids and technical director, Peter Coulthard (pictured below), has a wealth of experience in the AV market and is responsible for the frameworks and contracts IDNS now holds.
