Digital Garage and Theatrixx have announced a strategic partnership, becoming the first UK-based systems integrator and value-added reseller to offer Theatrixx products directly to clients in the region.
A Canadian-based manufacturer and distributor of technical equipment for live events, performing arts, and entertainment verticals, Theatrixx produces a wide range of products for live events, including trusses, signal converters, rigging products, LED panels, media players, wall mounts, lighting, and more.
The partnership marks the first time that clients in the UK will have direct access to the company’s products through a systems integrator and value-added reseller. Digital Garage cites the converging visions between both companies as a deciding factor for the agreement.
The partnership comes at a time of expansion and growth for Theatrixx, as the company aims to expand its product portfolio with new products over the next 6-12 months, catering to an ever-wider range of verticals.
Kris Hill, sales manager EMEA, Theatrixx, explains: “Our partnership with Digital Garage marks a key milestone in Theatrixx’s UK strategy. From our very first meeting, it was clear there was strong synergy between our teams — not just in capability, but in our shared ethos and focus on delivering high-quality, reliable solutions. Digital Garage is a multi-faceted business offering a compelling mix of services, including systems design and integration, technical consultancy, content and workflow support, and full value-added resale. Their ability to deliver complex, high-impact projects across a range of sectors makes them an ideal fit for our technology solutions.
Their field-based sales team is highly active and customer-focused, which aligns perfectly with our growth ambitions. It ensures we have trusted advocates on the ground who understand the market and are well-positioned to represent Theatrixx, both in the UK and wherever their customers need them. As the first UK partner appointed under our EMEA channel expansion programme, Digital Garage will play a key role in supporting demand for our xVision LED solutions, award-winning signal converters, and the xPressCue media player. With several new product developments and launches scheduled over the next 6–12 months, the timing of this partnership is particularly important. Our current portfolio and future roadmap are well matched to the needs of Digital Garage’s client base, making this a strong, strategic fit as we scale our presence across corporate AV, broadcast, education, virtual production, XR, live events, and beyond.

Speaking exclusively to Inavate, Matt Seymour, managing director, Digital Garage, commented: “It's very rare, but sometimes you stumble across a product or a manufacturer that aligns perfectly with your own vision or approach. The way Theatrixx approaches product design aligns with the Digital Garage's method of high expectations and zero compromise in project design and delivery. Considering the Theatrixx range of media and format converters, an often under-valued aspect of any installation, the fact that they include an integrated PSU with loop out, colour coding, mountable, magnetic stacking and all wrapped in a robust quarter inch aluminium chassis, it just all makes so much sense. It's hard to pick fault or identify any aspect you would want to change or improve. The same applies to their LED offering!
“Representing and working with Theatrixx is a strategic decision for us, as it aligns with our ongoing commitment to providing our clients with the best and most appropriate solutions currently available. It's a brand I know we can trust and a relationship I'm excited to nurture and build. Welcome to the Digital Garage family Theatrixx, you're in great, safe hands with us.”
