tvONE has launched a virtual demonstration and training setup to offer remote demos and training for the CORIOmaster family of videowall processors.
This new training demo provides live interactive demo sessions. To facilitate the change, the Training Academy facility saw a large investment. This included complete reconfiguration, which moved away from a traditional classroom style setup to a virtual demo suite. This is coupled with a meeting room area which also doubles as a CORIOview multi-window processor demonstration suite.
“Our virtual experience is exactly like visiting our Training Academy sites and allows far more effective use of customers time and, of course, also reduces everybody’s green footprint by removing the need to travel” says Mark Trevena, communications and training manager.
The core of the new facility is based around the CORIOmaster2 video processor although the project also includes working in partnership with several other manufacturers, including LG for narrow bezel 4K displays, a mobile BTech videowall mounting system, and a Huddly L1 camera which was supplied by Carilion Communications.
