More than 20,000 spectators and 1,200 participants gathered in Munich, Germany for a St Patrick’s Day Parade and Parade Party. M7 Veranstaltungstechnik used a Dynacord Cobra system to handle sound production.
Organisers prepared a stage in Munich’s Odeonsplatz for after the parade and the sound engineers opted for a Dynacord Cobra-4 system.
Stefan Linnerer, managing director of M7 Veranstaltungstechnik said: "The greatest challenge of all was having to provide even coverage for a packed audience spread over a large area. Furthermore, intelligibility was just as important as acoustic power, the musical performances being by no means the sole items of interest."
The Cobra-4 system deployed in this case comprised one Cobra-4 Far, two Cobra-4 Top and twelve Cobra-PWH enclosures on each side of the stage. Dynacord M12 monitors provided the foldback.
