On London's Regent Street Inamo has opened the second of its interactive dining experiences based the e-table concept. Top down projection creates a touch interface on the table, allowing diners to choose their food, order more drinks and even a cab at the end of the night. Chris Fitzsimmons was invited along to try the food and the technology. The result, he discovers, is great food and great fun.
