i-mobile Shop, the biggest mobile phone distributor in Thailand, installed a Cayin digital signage system in 28 selected points of distribution. The in-store digital screen network, implemented by DMaSStech (Digital Media and Signage Solution Technology) is remotely managed by the head office and conveys updated advertisements and brand image to branches.
i-mobile Shops are located mostly in department stores with around 30 branches in Bangkok and around 50 branches in other provinces. To improve its brand image and promote products and services, i-mobile Shop consulted DmaSStech and decided to install in-store dynamic digital signage network with Cayin’s solution for better communication with customers.

Twenty-eight LCD displays are installed in selected i-mobile shops and powered by Cayin SMP-PRO3, the zone-type digital signage player. Each player in the shop is centrally controlled by a Cayin CMS server, which is installed at head office. The CMS server updates all multimedia contents and schedules to SMP players in each branch via VPN, so that the administrator in the head office can easily manage the displays scattered in different locations.
Displays are installed in the store and face out to customers outside the glass window. All contents presented on the digital screens is designed by i-mobile media and advertising specialists. Cayin SMP-PRO3 provides a platform for the content creation team to convey brand image, advertise mobile phones and promote events via video, image slide shows, and text ticker. The team even sells advertising space to other customers and partners.
