Touchscape is targeting retail, exhibitions and museums with its 47” multitouch table. Video content in main story.
The Touchscape Multi-Touch (MT) Table uses the company’s patented MT technology and can track as many touches as can fit on the screen.
It incorporates a 47” high definition LCD screen and a quad core processor. The surface can be configured to be a native Windows 7 touch input device or can serve TUIO touch events for use with SUSHI or other multitouch SDK.
The product is modular and can be customised according to specification.
It uses a self monitoring system to automate, update and monitor performance. Furthermore the system can provide network email reports on usage statistics and error reports. Reports can be remotely emailed via 3G into areas where no network is available.
