QSC has announced new cloud management and processing capabilities for its Reflect Enterprise Manager, adding new features for MSPs and end users alongside new Core 8 Flex and Core Nano processors.
The Q-SYS Reflect Enterprise Manager now includes a ‘professional tier’, adding tools to centralise operations support for remove AT systems and reducing the need for onsite technicians to perform system updates.
A remote UCI feature allows users to interact with a UCI from any Q-SYS Core connected to the enterprise manager via a standard web browser, allowing users to resolve operational user issues without a technician on site.
A remote Q-SYS designer feature is also included to allow users to troubleshoot, update and redeploy design files to systems remotely.
Q-SYS processors
QSC’s new Q-SYS Core Nano and Core 8 Flex native audio, video and control processors are designed for applications with lower network channel capacity and targeted processing requirements, offering 64x64 network audio I/O capacity without onboard analogue I/O.
The Q-SYS Core 8 Flex also includes a network audio I/O capacity with eight onboard Flex audio channels and eight GPIOs to integrate analogue I/O devices into the Q-SYS ecosystem.
Both models are available as a half-width, 1RU footprint, including driverless USB AV bridging and software-based Dante capabilities.
