Planar brings 3 different LCD tiles into Mosaic videowall

Planar has built on its Planar Clarity Matrix LCD videowall setup with its Mosaic videowall solution that comprises three different LCD display tiles to create one square tile.

These tiles can be mounted in any position relative to each other, or individually - at almost any angle. Planar will unveil Mosaic at the Digital Signage Expo (DSE) 2012, March 7 - 8 in Las Vegas.

Planar Mosaic will be suitable for environments such as corporate, retail, hospitality, museums, or other public spaces such as airports and sports venues.

The solutions allows users integrate three different LED-backlight LCD tile and shapes. These are Planar Salvador, a square LCD tile measuring 21.6"; Planar Pablo, a 46" rectangle tile in 16:9 and Planar Vincent, a 55" rectangle tile in 16:9.

Mosaic Mounting Hardware features an installation depth of less than 4" and is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Project design software is designed as a Windows application that allows users to create a layout, chose an image or video and preview the result.
