NTi Audio has presented its new handheld audio and acoustic analyser, the XL2. It is a combination of a sound level meter, comprehensive acoustic analyser and powerful audio signal analyser.
In combination with the M4260 or M2210 microphones, the XL2 acts as a precise sound level meter for environmental noise monitoring applications. It generates a 48V phantom power for microphones.
It also logs the calibration data and microphone serial number for each measurement. Recorded data is stored on a 2GB Mini-SD card.
