NEC launches short throw projector for collaboration
NEC Display Solutions has equipped its UM352Wi ultra-short-throw projector - that can be used standalone, with a PC or with other devices - with a number of interactivity tools.
Up to 50 devices can be connected through its integrated wireless capability. It offers sharing of content from a tablet using Miracast technology and NEC DisplayNote software, and collaborative functions such as voting and annotation.
Up to 16 devices can be viewed together at a time, or content can be shared from the projector to web browsers. The 3,500 ANSI lumen projector includes a built-in interactive pen receiver and two interactive pens for white boarding and annotations on the writing surface. Set-up is enabled through an auto-calibration feature and curved screen correction.
