Crestron to ship Mercury in May

Crestron will ship its Mercury tabletop meeting and collaboration system in EMEA from the middle of May.

The console offers conferencing and collaboration features with cloud provisioning and management.

Users can present content wirelessly on the room display from a laptop, smartphone, or tablet using a built-in Crestron AirMedia wireless presentation gateway.

Phone calls from mobile devices or standard SIP phone systems are supported with built-in speaker and microphones.

Collaboration via Mercury is possible from laptops or dedicated in-room PCs using soft phone, web conferencing or UC applications such as Skype for Business, Cisco WebEx, GotoMeeting or Slack.

A built-in occupancy sensor on Crestron Mercury enables facility managers to collect usage data. Available collaboration spaces equipped with Mercury can be located using a built-in Crestron PinPoint proximity beacon on each console. Integration with Microsoft Exchange enables users to reserve a room using Mercury’s on-screen calendar.
