University of Granada overhauls teaching production with WebClip2Go system
The University of Granada is now home to a WebClip2Go production studio system, enabling academic staff at the University of Granada to enhance their teaching with the production of in-house educational and explanatory videos that improve student learning.

As the fourth largest university in Spain, Granada is committed to providing progressive and innovative ways for students to engage with learning materials, using the WebClip2Go system to offer six different configurations; these setups allow university staff to select the system that met their needs in terms of functionality, technical output and budget.

The Presenter System incorporates the essentials for a miniature studio, providing cameras, mics, light, teleprompter, control unit and greenscreen allowing presenters to deliver lessons, lectures and videobites to camera by using a greenscreen background and a range of video effects to augment messages.

The University of Granada also selected optional tablet functionality for the setup, allowing staff to draw images onscreen as they present. The setup was installed within a DemVox soundproof booth to reduce outside disturbance, taking up a marginal on-site footprint.

Users can pre-load templates, script and video elements including greenscreen background, colour grading, transitions, titles, clips, illustrations, animations, music and audio effects.

The script is fed to the teleprompter, using speech recognition to regulate the pace of display, with transitions and elements added automatically and rendered immediately.
