Oblong Industries, a provider of collaboration technology, has announced that Mary Ann de Lares Norris has relocated from its headquarters in Los Angeles to Europe, in order to support the company’s expanding customer portfolio and growth in the region.
de Lares Norris explains: "We have seen our technology deployed in a number of successful projects in the region and with more in the pipeline, the time was right to relocate to help accelerate the growth of Oblong throughout EMEA."
de Lares Norris role is VP, EMEA, leading Oblong Industries' executive presence in Europe. Previously, she served as the company's COO. She has also held the role of head of the European division of Oblong, based in Barcelona, and as Chief Operating Officer of a Parisian interactive television company.

de Lares Norris will be working with existing Oblong teams based in Barcelona and London and spearheading future growth in EMEA.
