Recognising the ongoing underrepresentation of women in technical fields, Lightware is committed to inspiring future generations to pursue STEM careers and believes that diverse perspectives are essential for building stronger communities and industries.
As part of Girls in STEM Day, Lightware’s Budapest headquarters opened its doors to girls aged 14 to 18. Participants took part in a full-day program designed to provide real-world insights into various career paths within Lightware.
