Kramer has announced a new addition to its senior leadership team, with the appointment of Lukasz Czajkowski as its new EMEA customer service director.
Based at Kramer’s EMEA HQ in Amstelveen, Netherlands, Lukasz brings management experience to the Kramer team, having held customer support, care and experience-focused positions at several leading global organisations, including IBM, Unisys, and Sonos, where he spent more than 15-years.
Reporting to Peter Baxter, SVP EMEA, the will be responsible for refreshing and overseeing all of Kramer’s customer service operations, which are a key part of the company’s ongoing business transformation and growth strategy.
