Visual technology specialist Datapath announced Howard Ford as its new chairman on April 28, 2020.
Howard has experience in IT, telecoms and electronics industries and has chaired the boards of privately held and public companies in the UK and France. He has held executive roles at IBM Europe, was chief executive at Cellnet, and president of Equant (sold to France Telecom). In addition to his role at Datapath, Howard is a private investor in technology companies and chairman of Displaydata.
The appointment comes hot on the heels of other additions to the Datapath team including
David Griffiths as VP of global sales,
Steve Leyland to the board of directors, and new territory heads in Eastern USA and South East Asia.
