Four promotions have been announced within the senior management team at UK integrator GVAV.
Nicola Cutting (below) is the new group purchasing director, with 35 years of industry experience, Cutting will celebrate 20 years with GVAV in October. She joined the company in 2002, taking the position of installation manager and eventually took over management of the company headquarters in Hounslow as branch manager.
Mark Jennings is the new commercial director, involved in the AV industry for most of his career and previously employed by firms such as Samsung and NEC. Jennings has also worked alongside the UK's largest AV distributors, advising and guiding their approach to market and operations.
Sukh Basi becomes sales director for London and the Southeast. basi joined GVAV as part of the internal sales team in November 2012. In 2015, he progressed to account nanager, and by 2020 was promoted once more to sales manager at GVAV's Headquarters in Hounslow.
Richard Godfrey (above), sales director for the Southwest, Godfrey has worked for GVAV since 2003, joining the internal sales team just at the inception of the installation division. Consequently, he gained significant knowledge of that function, acquiring the solid technical experience required to deliver installation projects successfully.
