Control room specialists join forces for European roadshow
Mitsubishi Electric, Adder and Saifor are heading to Belgrade, Serbia for the next stop of their European control room technology workshop.

The event, held in partnership with Serbian systems integrator Division Visual Solutions, will take place on March 20 and 21, 2018.

It is the fifth city to host the workshops following events in Warsaw, Frankfurt, Stockholm and Rome. The two, one-day workshops are designed to provide delegates with an overview of contemporary control room technology and design, with each of the participating companies giving their perspective on engineering and operational issues. Display technology, processing and control, ergonomics and workspace design will be covered. The workshop is designed for system integrators, non-specialist centre managers and end-users and will offer a basic understanding of issues and how to address them, case studies and hands-on sessions with the technology presented.

Peter van Dijk of Mitsubishi said: “The control room technology workshops are designed to bring delegates very quickly up to speed with the latest developments in control room design; familiarising them with the technology and terminology, and equipping them with the knowledge they need to make informed choices when it comes to managing or specifying control room installations.

“Furthermore, the workshops provide an excellent opportunity to network and forge relationships with fellow professionals working in the command and control field, which can provide a valuable ongoing source of expertise and support.”

The workshops will be held at Hotel ZIRA, Belgrade. Attendance is free. More information and registration is available online at www.controlroomtechnology.com
