Christie backs Ang Lee’s IBC keynote address

Christie will support Ang Lee’s Monday IBC keynote address with clips from the director’s new film Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk shown at 120 frames per second, 3D, 4K with 6P laser brightness.

The Life of Pi and Brokeback Mountain director will speak in the RAI Auditorium where Christie’s Mirage projector will put to use as part of the manufacturer’s 10-year role as technical partner of IBC.

IBC TV will also use Christie Velvet Merit Series LED with 1.9mm pixel pitch in a tiled array in the Park Foyer and visitors will be able to check the time in the main lobby with the Christie clock powered by four Christie Boxer 4K30 projectors and Christie Pandoras Box Quad Servers.

IBC will be held at the Amsterdam RAI, September 9 to 13.
