Biamp expands manufacturing facility

Last week Biamp Systems cut the ribbon on a manufacturing facility in Tigard, Oregon. The newly constructed Cascade building will be headquarters for the company’s customer support and manufacturing teams.

Following the opening of the facility by the mayor Tigard, Biamp employees took the opportunity to show attendees from the community around the headquarters. 

The Cascade building adds to the Gemini building located at Biamp HQ. The company has a 40-year history manufacturing products in Oregon, US. 

Steve Metzger, president and CEO at Biamp, said: “This amazing new facility continues the proud legacy of making Biamp products in-house. I’m excited for what it means to our employees and customers.” 

Matt Czyzewski, COO at Biamp added: "With our new facility, we increased manufacturing capacity and streamlined production to better support our customers and continue to provide the best audio and video hardware and software systems for every space.”
