– Disney employed 3D projection digital mapping to promote the 3D film, TRON: Legacy. Creative agency, Guided Collective collaborated with Flat-e Seeper to turn the Queen Elizabeth Hall on London’s Southbank into a huge film trailer using six Christie HD18K projectors.
The event was accompanied by music from the Daft Punk sountrack and included a re-creation of Flynn’s Arcarde, which housed the original TRON arcade game, a replica of the iconic Light Cycle, the TRON: Evolution video game and an HP Demo area. In the HP area, HP ePrint Technology allowed visitors to receive the photos taken at the event directly via email.
