Shure has become a Polycom technology partner after demonstrating its products’ interoperability with Polycom solutions. Shure will be working with Polycom to provide wireless microphones to Polycom’s audio and video conferencing equipment.

Shure joins more than 7,000 other members as part of the Polycom Network Partner which spans across verticals and is dedicated to developing customer focused solutions in the realm of communication and collaboration. After satisfying Polycom’s interoperability requirements, Shure can now brand its Microflex Wireless as ‘Polycom Ready’.

Chad Wiggins, category director at Shure, said: “We are very proud that the Microflex Wireless System has earned the Polycom Ready designation. It instills in our customers the confidence that they can easily deploy our wireless solutions within their Polycom UC&C infrastructure.”

Ted Colton, Polycom Group vice president, technology partners & alliances at Polycom, said: “Our customers sometimes need to add wireless microphones to their Polycom audio or video conference room and training room configurations. Innovators like Shure help extend and enhance Polycom’s UC&C solutions by delivering real value and reliable interoperability – and because of that, Shure has earned the Polycom Ready badge. Together, we’re delivering UC&C solutions that power richer conversations and higher productivity, transforming lives and businesses in the process.”
