Monster Media snaps up social media specialist
US DOOH provider Monster Media has acquired LocaModa, a specialist in integrating social media and mobile platforms into DOOH advertising solutions.
LocaModa operates in Europe, South Africa, Asia and North America and provides a platform that embeds social media feeds into multi-channel campaigns.
Monster will now use LocaModa’s platform-agnostic technology to power interactive campaigns to run on any network or any screen.
“A significant and growing percentage of our clients require real-time, cross channel solutions,” said Chris Beauchamp, CEO of Monster Media. “Over the next three years we believe that will grow to around 50 percent industry-wide as more companies seek solutions for any screen that engages their users via DOOH, mobile, online or television.
