LifeSize takes videoconferencing to the cloud in Asia

LifeSize, a division of Logitech, has introduced LifeSize Cloud to Asia. The service provides an easy way for connected devices to start conferencing.

Previously released in the North America and Europe on the 21st of May 2014, LifeSize Cloud is now available in over 100 countries worldwide via the company’s network of channel partners.

LifeSize Cloud a fully interoperable solution and the choice to have up to 15 users dialed in to a call. This means meeting participants can use Cisco systems, LifeSize Cloud clients or even their browsers with the help of WebRTC to participate in the conference.

To make sure the LifeSize Cloud service runs smoothly, LifeSize has established data-centers in Hong Kong and Singapore in addition to other facilities across the globe.

The free LifeSize Cloud app can be downloaded for Android and iOS devices. A total of five connected devices can be associated with a single LifeSize account. A single user account costs SGD31 per month.
