Impact Europe sells off Scandinavian subsidiaries
Audiovisual and videoconferencing integrator Impact Europe Group AB has agreed to sell 100% of its shares in its two Scandinavian businesses to IT systems integrator Atea.
The deal does not include Impact Europe Group’s majority business activities in the UK.
