Exterity unveils partner programme

Exterity hopes to boost levels of service and support for end users, launching a new channel partner programme.

The Exterity StreamForce Channel Program is set to help systems integrators and value-added resellers take advantage of growing demand for Building IPTV solutions.

Speaking at ISE, the company’s CEO, Colin Farquhar told InAVate the new programme would allow Exterity to work closely with system integrators and resellers to bolster their service to clients. He also said that training would be a key part of the new programme.

The programme is comprised of three levels; Platinum, Premier and Accredited. The levels are based on partner sales volume as well as both depth and breadth of technical and sales expertise.

Platinum partners are those that either specialise in IPTV or possess a sizable IPTV practice. Exterity will offer these partners marketing and technical support as well as lead distribution and training programmes.

Exterity says its Premier Partners form a major focus of the Exterity StreamForce Channel Program and has a training goal that is hoped will enable every partner to reach this level of IP/AV expertise and sales volume. Premier Partners are assigned a sales manager and will also receive marketing support, technical support and lead distribution.

Finally, Exterity hopes to take Accredited Partners, those that may only start out with a single building IPTV project, and provide them with IP and AV expertise to help them reach further into the IPTV market. These partners will receive training to help them achieve premier status.

“Organisations in business, government, hospitality and education are increasingly looking for innovative IPTV solutions that leverage their existing building, campus or metropolitan-area networks to improve staff productivity, enhance the customer experience and drive new revenue streams,” Farquhar said in a prepared statement.

The launch of the Exterity StreamForce Channel Program will enable our partners to deploy market-leading Building IPTV solutions that are easy to integrate, easy to manage, and deliver a quick return on investment for their customers. The program will also provide industry-leading technical, sales, and training resources to ensure that our channel partners are able to maximise their revenue streams from Building IPTV and sell-in additional services to their customers.”
