South Korean theme park Everland has chosen to employ a Christie digital cinema projector for its popular Space Tour 4D theatre attraction.

A Christie CP2230 digital cinema projector has been employed by South Korean theme park Everland for its popular and recently renewed Space Tour 4D attraction. The installation was undertaken by Eugenetek Corporation and the upgraded ride reopened on 25th April 2014.

The Space Tour 4D theatre attraction includes dynamic motion seats, special effects such as strong wind and an immersive 3D display. With over 33,000 lumens, the Christie CP2230 was chosen to handle the task of projection.

Everland also employs dual Christie CP2230 projectors for their The Pororo 3D Adventure attraction. Another feature of the park, the K-Pop Hologram, that allows visitors to meet their favourite K-Pop celebrity uses two Christie Roadster WU20K-J 3-chip DLP projectors along with five Christie DWU670-E 1-chip DLP projectors.
