Crestron International says its expertise in the custom installation market have been recognised following its receipt of an Infocomm International Gold award. The manufacturer is now an International Gold Certified Audio Visual Solutions Provider, demonstrating that 75 per cent of its customer service and technical staff have achieved and retained individual Infocomm certification.

“This certification highlights the significant professional growth Crestron is experiencing, and our staffs’ professionalism and dedication. We are committed to customer satisfaction, and maintaining the very positive client-orientation everyone at Crestron demonstrates on a constant basis,” Frank van Meeuwen, CEO of Crestron, said.

Randal A. Lemke, executive director of Infocomm, said: “A CAVSP designation gives AV companies a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

“Customers of audiovisual communications and presentation systems can be confident of professionalism and an aspiration to excellence when working with these companies that have invested in education and training to stay current on the latest AV technologies and techniques.”
