Ingram bolsters UC offering with ShoreTel agreement

Ingram Micro (UK) is shoring up its unified communications offering, signing a distribution agreement with cloud-based communications provider, ShoreTel.
The agreement, officially launched on October 19, 2012, extends an existing relationship in the USA to the UK and certain European regions.
It includes the full portfolio of ShoreTel solutions and supports its investments in new recruitment bundles that offers bespoke packages to resellers. This includes enablement, leads, marketing support, point of sale material, demonstration equipment and proactive sales support.
Jon Bunyan, value director of Ingram Micro, said: "We have built a dedicated team, led by industry expert Annette Reynolds, to support the growth of this area which we foresee taking us from strength to strength in the UC and voice space."
