Full HD surveillance with AVer IWH5416

AVer has brought the IWH5416 Touch II hybrid digital video recorder to market.
Designed to fit HD surveillance needs of commercial complexes or banks, it features a quad-core processor, boosting real-time HD quality images, an increased number of HDD bays and numerous external storage options to expand processing capabilities. It has a dual monitor and HDMI output and is capable of up to 5 megapixels per channel in H.264, MPEG-4 or MJPEG format. The IWH5416 DVR accommodates six SATA HDDs and supports S.M.A.R.T. monitoring to warn operators of potential hard drive failures. In addition, e-SATA, iSCSI, and USB storage ports offer further opportunities for storage expansion, video extraction and backup.
