SymNet adds new digital signal processor to platform

04 September 2012

SymNet expands its SymNet platform with the launch of the Radius 12x8, a Dante networkable, fixed I/O, open architecture digital signal processor.

This flexible DSP solution features 12 analog mic/line inputs, 8 analog line outputs and can be configured using SymNet software with 600 DSP modules. It is capable of building blocks in a scalable system design from one DSP to many, including SymNet EDGE. It also offers network audio expansion by using Dante protocol over standard IT networks, 64 transmit, 64 receive channels and ultra low latency. The Radius 12x8 can be controlled via Symetrix ARC wall panels, ARC-WEB browser app, SymNet SymVue or third-party touch screens.
