InAVate's latest Global Gallery sees digital displays in New York's Times Square taken over for a Nokia launch. Elsewhere we see Barco making inroads into the dental field and NEC turning European cinemas digital.
Mission Media recently joined forces with Bluman Associates to produce a complex AV presentation in New York’s Times Square to launch a new Nokia phone. The event featured a performance from Nicki Minaj against a backdrop of a 200ft (approximately 60m) LED wall.
Over in the UK a church has installed an Electro-Voice sound reinforcement system to handle services and events including concerts and theatrical productions.
A trip to Italy throws up a retail application where Playground, a clothing store in the centre of Prato, has made extensive use of K-array speakers.
