MultiDyne improves high bandwidth signal transmission

The new HD-6000 and HD-600-ONE CWDM multiplexers can transport up to six HD-SDI signals on a single mode fibre.

The units will be demonstrated at INB2012 on stand 9.A06, and the company says that they will be useful for installation environments such as cross-campus networks, centralised control room applications and OB vehicles.

The HD-6000 and HD-6000-ONE can be configured to accept six signals in a single direction, or can be customised as a 3x3, 5x2 or 5x1, with the option for rack mounting for greater installation flexibility.
