Braehler system now includes voting and interpretation

09 May 2012

At InfoComm, Braehler ICS will present the Digimic digital wired congress system, which now includes new components for voting and simultaneous translation.

The additions to the range now enable eight different channels – one floor channel and seven language channels. In addition, a Power Point plug in module is available for the voting system, which offers a full range of graphics and compatibility with Windows 7.

An OLED display is incorporated into the new Digimic CMic CSV delegate unit which offers five multifunction keys for voting or channel selection.

Also included in the system now is additional functionality for court room applications – a special voice activation mode. This can be used to trigger a noise signal on a specific output of  the central control unit, in case speech from a particular microphone is required to be kept confidential from participants in a trial.
