Optoma introduces DC300i Visualiser

26 July 2011

Optoma has turned its attention to the visualiser market, launching the DC300i, a product aimed at the education and presentation sectors.

The visualiser uses a 1/3” CMOS sensor to output in both SXGA and XGA resolution. The DC300i produces images in either still or video formats and can be connected to a projector via the industry standard VGA D-sub connector.

Using the 9x optical and a further 12x digital zoom, it produces images of high detail. The DC300i has automatic focus and full override capability with manual focus.

Cables and a remote control are included and the visualiser can also be controlled from the base of the unit. Output from the visualiser can also be saved directly to a PC via a USB connection, in either still or video format.
