Cable&Wireless extends managed VC portfolio

Cable&Wireless’s Managed Video Conferencing (MVC) solution now encompasses the whole range of video communications it says.
The company has also announced its membership of the newly formed OVCC (open visual communications consortium), a multi-vendor, multi-network visual communications exchange that is designed to provide assured connectivity across networks and platforms.
The MVC now extends from handheld devices to desktop units, meeting rooms, public room access and fully immersive telepresence.

By including mobile devices it is now more accessible and convenient for users. They can even take advantage of video conferencing solutions on the move and when out of the office and also with customers, partners and suppliers on different networks internationally.”
