Vision encourages you to “Ask Dave”

Vision has announced the launch of its new “Ask Dave” campaign. The new support program revolves around Dave, an AV installer who provides answers about products via the Vision website.

According to the company, this new format is designed to speed up technical support. Installers and resellers can search previous answers or ask new questions and get a fast answer.
This new campaign was inspired by the new generation of engineers whose first port of call is Google to see if anybody else has had the same question or problem as them. The company’s Stuart Lockhart remarked: “If you’ve got a problem on site you can quickly check with Dave on your iPhone to get answers or download manuals”.
