Google shows AR glasses that can translate languages in real-time

Google's recent I/O conference has demoed AR glasses using its Translate app to listen to speech and then display the translation onto the lenses.

Google hasn't shared any details about when they might be available, beyoned the video you can watch below, but it's a clear (and exciting) indication of one avenue where Google is heading with the technology, and analysts are already claiming this could be the 'killer app' that AR glasses have been missing until now.
